What was the highlight of Hotel Cristina by Tigotan Las Palmas
„Schöne Lage am Strand, tolles Frühstücksbüffett, freundliches Personal, aber Zimmer zu abgewohnt
Das Personal in diesem Hotel ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffett ist sehr, sehr üppig und trotz der vielen Gäste sehr gut organisiert. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, aber spartanisch und unschön eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Stand von Las Canteras, ein schöner langer Sandstrand ist toll. Man kann lange Strandsparziergänge unternehmen oder an der Promenade flanieren.
Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 1016, kann ich nur abraten! Direkt über uns ein Sportstudio, wenn dort trainiert wird, hat man im Zimmer darunter den Eindruck die Decke kommt gleich runter, vor allem das Laufband sehr störend. Ich würde behaupten, dass die Zimmer 1017 und 1015 genauso betroffen sein müssen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nicht zur Strandseite, sondern zur Hafenseite. Die Lautstärke ist unglaublich. Die ganze Nacht hört man Generatoren, Kräne etc. aus dem Hafenbereich, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist unmöglich, mit geschlossenem Fenster ist es OK. Die Zimmer sind nicht schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt wenige Ablageflächen und die Möbel sind schon ziemlich angeschrammt und machen keinen wertigen Eindruck. Für ein 5Sterne Hotel inakzeptabel.
